Following the success of the pilot cohort and in direct response to your requests for networking, peer learning, and mentorship, NYSFPTC is excited to launch the second cohort of Strengthening the Family Planning Program (SFPP)! SFPP is an 8-month (January-August 2026) community of practice where FP program directors and managers can strengthen their knowledge, confidence, strategies, and support networks for effectively implementing NYS FP programs. This program is tailored for FPP-funded agency staff who provide administrative oversight and thought leadership on the implementation and management of their FP programs, either for their entire agency or at specific sites, and have 7 years or less of experience in FP program management.
