Understanding the 340B Drug Pricing Program for New York State Family Planning Programs
The 340B Drug Pricing Program—which offers discounts on drugs and devices to safety net providers, including New York State Family Planning Providers—helps clinics provide access to comprehensive services and get eligible patients the supplies they need. Despite being around since 1992, the 340B Drug Pricing Program is often misunderstood and underutilized. In this webinar, Mindy McGrath, Senior Director of Policy & Communications at the National Family Planning & Reproductive Health Association, reviewed 340B specifically for New York State providers, program compliance, and case study examples. The last 30 minutes of the 90-minute webinar were devoted to Q&A.
