October 14, 2026, 12 – 1:15 pm EST: Identifying Missed Revenue Opportunities

Many organizations miss opportunities to capture revenue for services they are already providing. This session will explore common areas where revenue can be lost and identify strategies to strengthen procedures and workflows to increase reimbursement. Participants will learn how clinician and support staff workflows, claim denial management, and fee collection processes affect financial performance. We aim for participants to leave with strategies that increase revenue while ensuring continued financial access to family planning services.

June 10, 2026, 12 – 1:15 pm EST: Shoring up Front End Practices to Support Financial Success

Protecting revenue and establishing a solid fiscal foundation starts with shoring up front end practices. We reviewed key financial management principles family planning providers can and should be utilizing.

August 12, 2026, 12 – 1:15 pm EST: Maximizing Family Planning Coding and the Family Planning Benefit Program (FPBP)

Every eligible client who leaves a visit without being enrolled in FPBP represents a direct loss of earned revenue to family planning agencies. This session focused on the strategic importance of FPBP as a dedicated revenue stream, as well as accurate coding to ensure optimal reimbursement for services provided.

You can’t manage what you don’t measure. This session focused on specific key performance indicators (KPIs) family planning providers can use to support their organization’s health such as days in AR, denial rates, and others.
