This session focuses on the strategic importance of FPBP as a dedicated revenue stream, as well as accurate coding to ensure optimal reimbursement for services provided.

You can’t manage what you don’t measure. This session will focus on specific key performance indicators (KPIs) family planning providers can use to support their organization’s health such as days in AR, denial rates, and others.
October 14, 2026, 12 – 1:15 pm EST: Identifying Missed Revenue Opportunities
Too often agencies leave earned revenue on the table for services provided. We will explore common revenue leaks and opportunities including front desk tweaks, common coding errors and their impact, unresolved denials, and missed fee collections along with other ways your agency can identify and capture missed billing opportunities with your current client volume.
