Webinar 1 – Recruitment and Retention Strategies Through the Employment Lifecycle
Presenter: Kate Kennedy

Are you looking for best practice strategies for employee recruitment and retention? This session will examine recruitment and retention through the employment lifecycle, from promoting your organization’s culture with “brand attraction,” then moving through recruitment, onboarding, training, and development strategies. But the work is not done – Ensuring your organization has a positive, clear offboarding system that helps former employees become “brand ambassadors” continues a reinforcement cycle that generates a robust, engaged workforce. Join us on May 12, 2026, from 12-1 p.m. ET to learn more.
Webinar 2 – Building Onboarding Programs and Retention Strategies That Stick

Recruiting new team members is only the beginning of the employment lifecycle. In this second installment of our series, we take a deeper dive into the onboarding journey, exploring how organizations can build a robust onboarding program across the preparatory, orientation, and integration phases. We’ll also examine proven retention strategies that go beyond the basics, looking at how mission alignment, compensation and benefits, flexible work arrangements, and clear career pathways can meaningfully reduce turnover and keep your best people engaged for the long term.
