This session was designed for staff who are new to overseeing staff training and went over foundational information and resources for staff in this role. Participants went over New York State Department of Health policies that impact staff training and reviewed training guidance that outlines which staff roles should take which training. We also highlighted resources that can help participants share training requirements with staff and also track their training completion. Finally, we shared some resources for where to get training on reproductive health topics beyond the required training.
