As you prepare your annual reports and data submission for the New York State Department of Health Family Planning Program, join us for an opportunity to hear some answers to frequently asked questions and to share your own questions about the process. The speakers started with a brief overview of common questions related to Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR) data reporting, followed by common questions about the annual narrative and Community Participation Education and Program Promotion (CPEP) reports. We responded to questions we received during registration and then opened it up for live questions. Generalizable questions were not prioritized, and questions about specific records were followed up on after the session. A written FAQ document will be shared with participants.
