As you prepared your annual reports and data submission for the New York State Department of Health Family Planning Program, participants joined us for an opportunity to hear answers to frequently asked questions and shared their own questions about the process. The speakers started with a brief overview of common questions related to Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR) data reporting, followed by common questions about the annual narrative and Community Participation, Education, and Program Promotion (CPEP) reports. We responded to questions we received during registration and then opened it up for live questions. Generalizable questions were prioritized, and questions about specific records were followed up on after the session.
