What are the training needs of family planning staff at your standalone family planning agency? Building on the training needs survey conducted last month, the Training Center now invites staff who represent standalone family planning providers to elaborate on your training needs and discuss these training needs with staff of other standalone family planning agencies about your common and unique areas of need for training. During these small group discussions, the Training Center will briefly share results of the training needs survey including the top training needs that were identified by respondents from standalone family planning provider agencies. We will then hear from you about why you think these topics rose to the top, exploring the specific challenges staff face as it relates to these top training topics. This is your opportunity to share details about the challenges you and other staff face when implementing family planning services so that the Training Center can ensure our upcoming training best meets staff needs.
