Do you have questions about managing the schedule of telehealth visits? Are you curious to hear about different scheduling strategies used by peer agencies? The New York State Family Planning Training Center invited Family Planning Program providers to bring their questions to a Telehealth Schedule “Office Hour”. Providers heard a brief presentation from Emma Ansara, FNP, Clinical Consultant and a former medical director at a rural community health center about scheduling strategies used in the field. The majority of the session was open for providers to ask questions and engage in open discussion with each other.  The office hours also featured Danielle Louder from the Northeast Telehealth Resource Center. The session took place on March 15, 2022 from 12 – 1 pm EST.
