Building on a training needs survey conducted in February 2022, the Training Center invited staff to elaborate on their training needs and discuss these training needs with staff of other health department agencies about their common and unique areas of need for training. The Training Center shared results of the training needs survey including the top training needs that were identified by respondents from health department provider agencies. We then heard why staff think these topics rose to the top, and explored the specific challenges staff face as they relate to these top training topics.
