Do you need to connect with people who understand the complexities of your job? The Training Center has heard your need for networking space, and invited providers to meet with others all across the state who do the same work that you do through regular role-based Provider Affinity Conversations. Every quarter, we met virtually with fellow fiscal staffers, talked about the pressing issues they faced and shared success stories and resources. Participants brought ideas to share, and left with much-needed insight and advice. The Fiscal Staff Affinity Group took place once per quarter, on the third Wednesday of each month from noon to 1PM. 

Conversations were be facilitated by a combination of Training Center TA providers and subject matter experts from each field, with a focus on provider needs and priorities.
