On April 30, 2020 from 10-11:30am, sexual and reproductive health billing expert, Ann Finn, provided a brief refresher of billing guidance and best practices for Family Planning Program (FPP) providers. She primarily focused on billing under Ambulatory Patient Groups (APG). She shared common misconceptions and mistakes, and reviewed a quality assurance process sites can use to identify issues and improve billing processes.
