The New York State Family Planning Training Center was joined by reproductive and sexual health billing expert, Ann Finn, for a one-hour webinar on family planning billing for telehealth and telemedicine services provided during the COVID-19 public health state of emergency. New York State Medicaid has loosened restrictions on telehealth and clarified billing codes and modifiers that must be used to ensure reimbursement. We reviewed this guidance and provided time for questions.
