The New York State Family Planning Training Center invited family planning clinicians and billing staff to attend an Evaluation & Management (E&M) Coding Office Hours. This interactive 60-minute event included an overview of key E&M code changes that went into effect January 1, 2021. Reimbursement expert, Ann Finn, answered participant’s questions and addressed challenges in coding family planning visits.
