The New York State Family Planning Training Center invited family planning providers to register for a webinar on organizational resilience. Dr. Linda Henderson-Smith from ATC Consulting, LLC reviewed implicit bias and systemic and structural racism and their impacts on individuals, organizations and communities. Additionally, this webinar kicked-off a new 5-month learning collaborative opportunity for New York State Family Planning Program providers about Advancing Trauma-informed, Resilience-Oriented and Equitable Approaches.

The session took place on September 28, 2021 from 12:30 – 1:30 pm EST.
