Participants joined the New York State Family Planning Training Center and Public Health Solutions in a 2-part virtual workshop series focused on enhancing the use of telehealth for family planning services. During the first session on July 18, 2024 from 12 – 1:30 pm ET, participants heard from colleagues from Public Health Solutions about a telehealth quality improvement learning collaborative they facilitated, learned skills to gain telehealth buy-in from leadership, conducted a self-assessment of their current telehealth offerings, and more! The second session on August 7, 2024 from 12 – 1:30 pm ET focused on developing an action plan to improve telehealth services, and participants got to work applying what they had learned to their own clinic.
