The New York State Family Planning Training Center invites FPP providers to participate in a collaborative learning opportunity that will support providers in Advancing Trauma-informed, Resilience-Oriented and Equitable Approaches. Led by Dr. Linda Henderson-Smith, this five-month (November 2021 – March 2022) interactive learning experience will help providers understand trauma-informed, resilience-oriented and equitable approaches and use tools and resources for implementing these approaches within their organization. Learning sessions will be a space to discuss the successes and challenges associated with implementing these approaches with peer organizations. Teams can expect to commit 3-5 hours per month to their participation.
