The New York State Family Planning Training Center discussed best practices for increasing chlamydia screening (a HEDIS measure). We highlighted existing resources to support FPP providers in increasing chlamydia screening at your sites, and discussed lessons learned from FPP providers who participated in a seven-month performance improvement collaborative.
