Do you have questions about integrating team members into your agency’s workflow for telehealth visits? During this office hour, we covered the potential challenges with team-based care in virtual environments as well as strategies to address them. Participants heard a brief presentation from Emma Ansara, FNP, a former health center director about ways to preserve team-based culture among family planning staff in telehealth visits. The majority of the session was open for agencies to ask questions and engage in open discussion with each other.  The office hours also featured Danielle Louder from the Northeast Telehealth Resource Center. The session took place on May 26, 2022 from 12 – 1 pm EST.
