How can a telehealth platform support your agency’s goals around increasing equity? It is critical that telehealth vendors and their products meet your agency’s standards of and commitment to equity. During this webinar, we showcased a new Telehealth Vendor Equity Assessment tool developed by the Reproductive Health National Training Center (RHNTC) that family planning providers can use to assess technology needs, language and communication needs, personal and data privacy needs, and user needs of family planning clients.  Participants heard a brief overview of the assessment tool from the team that developed the tool. We then went into discussion and breakout rooms to dig deeper and analyze systems and tools for telehealth visits. We identified actionable next steps participants can take to analyze their telehealth platform and systems with an equity lens. The majority of the session was open for agencies to ask questions and engage in open discussion with each other. The session took place on August 31, 2022 from 12 – 1 pm ET.
